Where and how can I apply for Paracard?

To get a Paracard, you can apply to our branches or submit your request through the “Paracard Transactions” step in the Garanti Bank Internet Banking “Card Transactions” menu.

You can make an application by talking to a Customer Representative through steps 5-3-3 in 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

 

  1. What do I have to do to define my cards or accounts that I cannot view on the Garanti Paramatik screen? How many account can be linked to a Paracard? How is it done?

    You can add your accounts through the “Paracard Transactions” step in “Card Transactions” menu.

  2. What do I do when I face an access problem?

    If you do not want to receive a disposable PIN by SMS, then Mobile Şifrematik application can be installed on your mobile phone via AppStore or Google Play or you may request a şifrematik device.
