What should be done to get a second Virtual POS?

Getting a Virtual POS is actually a supplementary POS transaction. You do not have to submit another Merchant Partner Application and sign an agreement. Just contact to your branch. Your branch will request a supplementary Virtual POS from our Headquarters on behalf you. Upon this request, a new merchant number will be assigned to your company, and the “user name and PIN” that you will be using for your new Virtual POS will be e-mailed to you. You will have to pay an annual usage fee for your supplementary Virtual POS as well.

  1. How does the limit of my supplementary card determined? Can I lower its limit?

    The supplementary cards and main card have joint limits. The limit of the supplementary card is determined by the main card holder at the time of application.

    The Secure Joint Payment Page is the payment page developed for joint use and hosted in Garanti Bank's secure environment.
