To log in to Internet Banking with Cep Şifrematik:

  • Enter your Customer Number and Password in the relevant fields on Garanti Bank Internet Banking login page and press the LOG IN button.
  • Run the Cep Şifrematik application on your mobile phone. When the text “Enter PIN” appears, enter your 6-digit PIN code that you have determined during the activation of your Cep Şifrematik.
  • If you enter your 6-digit PIN code incorrectly for 5 times, Cep Şifrematik will lock itself for security purposes.
  • When the menu comes up, select “Generate PIN” option.
  • Enter the single-use 6-digit PIN that appears on your Cep Şifrematik's screen in the “PIN” field on Internet Banking login page and press the “LOG IN” button. Now, you can perform any transaction you want on Internet Banking.

To log in to Mobile Banking with Cep Şifrematik:

  • Click the Mobile Banking step on the menu of your Cep Şifrematik, enter your PIN on the screen that comes up and press the “Continue” button.
  • After entering your Customer Number and Password on the screen that comes up, select Log in with Cep Şifrematik option on the Security Picture screen and enter your Cep Şifrematik PIN Code. Upon pressing the DONE key, you can start using Mobile Banking.

To log in to 444 0 333 Alo Garanti with Cep Şifrematik: 

  • Call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and key in your Customer Number through the Banking Transactions Menu.
  • Run the Cep Şifrematik application on your mobile phone. When the text “Enter PIN” appears, enter your 6-digit PIN code that you have determined during the activation of your Cep Şifrematik.
  • If you enter your 6-digit PIN code incorrectly for 5 times, Cep Şifrematik will lock itself for security purposes.
  • When the menu comes up, select “Generate PIN” option.
  • After entering the single-use 6-digit PIN that appears on your Cep Şifrematik's screen on Alo Garanti, you can perform any transaction you want.

To log in to Internet/Mobile Banking with Şifrematik:

  • Enter your Customer Number and Password in the relevant fields on Garanti Bank Internet/Mobile Banking login page and press the LOG IN button.
  • Press the arrow key located at the bottom right corner of Şifrematik.
  • When the text “PIN” appears on the screen, enter your 4-digit PIN Code that you have previously determined.
  • If you enter your 4-digit PIN code incorrectly for 5 times, Şifrematik will lock itself for security purposes.
  • When the text APPLI_ appears on your Şifrematik's screen, press 1. Your single-use 6-digit PIN will appear on the screen. With this PIN, you can log in to Internet Banking and perform any transaction you want.

To log in to 444 0 333 Alo Garanti with Şifrematik:

  • Call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and key in your Customer Number through the Banking Transactions Menu.
  • Press the arrow key located at the bottom right corner of Şifrematik.
  • When the text “PIN” appears on the screen, enter your 4-digit PIN Code that you have previously determined.
  • If you enter your 4-digit PIN code incorrectly for 5 times, Şifrematik will lock itself for security purposes.
  • When the text APPLI_ appears on your Şifrematik's screen, press 1. Your single-use 6-digit PIN will appear on the screen. With this PIN, you can use Alo Garanti and perform any transaction you want.
