To maintain a positive balance in your OGS device or KGS card, please make sure to have sufficient balance in your account or available limit in your credit card. To load units besides your automatic payment order, you can visit the Garanti Bank branches or use Alo Bonus, Internet Banking, Cep Bank, Mobile Banking and the ATMs.
For applications made through Alo Garanti, it is sufficient to approve the shortened agreement, thus you do not have to submit a signed application form to the branch.
