What are the trading hours for Type A funds?

BUYING FUNDS

Buy orders for TGB Type A Funds  placed before 13:30 on a trading day (T), will be executed on the next trading day (T+1). For orders placed after 13:30, the order execution date will be 2 trading days after the order date (T+2). The orders will be executed at the price in effect on the execution date.

If the TGB Type A Fund buy order is placed in terms of number of shares, the amount of TGB Type B Money Market Fund will be taken from your account with a 10% margin. TGB Type B Money Market Fund purchases will be executed daily at 10:00, 11:00 and 13:30. Accordingly, if the order is placed before 13:30, the purchase of TGB Type B Money Market Fund will be executed at 10:00, 11:00 or 13:30 on the same day. If the order is placed after 13:30, the purchase of TGB Type B Money Market Fund will be executed at 10:00 on the next trading day. When the purchase of TGB Type B Money Market Fund is delayed until the next trading day, it is important that you have sufficient balance in your account for your order to be executed. In the case that during the purchase of TGB Type B Money Market Fund, your current account's balance is insufficient to execute the purchase of TGB Type B Money Market Fund, your available TGB Type B Money Market Funds can be used to execute your buy order.

If your cash balance is insufficient at  the time the amount corresponding to the buy order placed is calculated for appreciation, your Overdraft Account Limit will primarily be used. If you do not want your Overdraft Account Limit to be used, please make sure that you have sufficient cash balance in your account.

On the order execution date, TGB Type B Money Market Fund will be sold, and the buy order of the fund you placed will be executed at the price in effect on that day. The gains secured from TGB Type B Money Market Fund until the order execution date will also be used in the purchase of the fund you placed the buy order for. If your gains are less than the amount of the fund that you placed a buy order for, the gains will be transferred to your current account. If the amount of TGB Type B Money Market Fund that can be sold is less than your order, then the amount taken from your account will be held in your current account until the order execution date. 

On the order execution date, if the available amount of the fund that you placed a buy order for is not sufficient, it is possible that your order may not be executed.


SELLING FUNDS


Sell orders for TGB Type A Funds  placed before 13:30 on a trading day (T), will be executed 2 trading days after the order date (T+2), at the price in effect on (T+1) . For orders placed after 13:30, the order execution date will be 3 trading days after the order date (T+3). The orders will be executed at the price in effect on (T+2).

  1. How can I place a buy order for the fund? Can I place a buy order in the interim period?

    You may place your buy orders between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 on the announced demand collection days, and until 12:00 on the last day.

  2. What is a 40 session order?

    While orders for only 1 or 2 sessions can be placed in the buy/sell step, you can place orders for a minimum of 3 sessions in the morning session, and a minimum of 2 sessions in the afternoon session, with a maximum of up to 40 sessions.
