By only using your credit card number, you can call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and connect to a customer representative through steps 3-5-3 and submit your request in regards to closing your card for use in online and phone shopping. You can perform the same closing transaction yourself through the “View/Change Card Information” step of the “My Credit Cards” menu in Online Banking.
