Perform your banking transactions through Alo Garanti and save your company time.
To start using Alo Garanti, first you need to go to your branch and submit a fully filled-out Alo Garanti Request Form, along with the photocopy of your identity card and a signed banking services agreement. Within 1 week, you can get your Alo Garanti PIN by going to your branch.
You can change your PIN through the PIN/Password step on Alo Garanti, or activate your PIN through Internet Banking.
For your security, we have established certain rules in regards to the PINs that you can determine. Your PIN:
- Cannot be the same as your customer number (example: if your customer number is 367525, your PIN cannot be 367525.)
- Cannot consist of ascending or descending sequential numbers (example: 234567 or 987654)
- Cannot consist of the same number (example: 222222)
- Cannot contain less than 6 digits.(example: 78154)
Getting a new PIN
If you have forgotten your PIN, you need to contact your branch to get your new PIN.
