With the 3340 Instant Information Service, you can quickly access all kinds of information regarding the payment due dates, current and statement debt information and the available limits for your Bonus Card, Shop&Miles, American Express® Card, Money Card and Flexi Card.
When you want to use the 3340 Instant Information Service, the information you have requested via SMS is sent to your mobile phone with the most up-to-date content available.
To use the Instant Information Service, all you have to do is to send a SMS to 3340 as shown below.*
In the message section of your mobile phone, when you type “bilgi”, enter the last 4 digits of your credit card number and send it via SMS, you can have the following information instantly sent to your mobile phone:
- Available limit
- Available green points
- Current billing cycle expenditure amount
- Next statement date.
In the message section of your mobile phone, when you type “ekstre”, leave a space, enter the last 4 digits of your credit card number and send it via SMS, you can have the following information instantly sent to your mobile phone:
- Statement debt information
- Minimum payment amount
- Payment due date
- Outstanding balance
The number from which you send the SMS to 3340 must be registered in our system under your name. For messages sent from unregistered mobile phone numbers, no information is provided. You can check or update your mobile phone number information through 444 0 333 Alo Garanti or Garanti Internet Banking.
*Each SMS that you send and receive to get information is reflected on your GSM bill as 1 SMS. The information service is available for Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea subscribers.
