- Interest Rates and Fees
*The shopping interest is the interest rate that will be applied to your remaining period balance. The overdue interest is the maximum net monthly interest rate set by the CBRT that will be applied only to the unpaid portion of your minimum payment amount if you pay less than the minimum payment amount of your period balance.
Contractual Rate of Interest: You determine the interest rate of your Flexi Card. If you pay the minimum payment amount of your period debt or pay more, this interest rate is applied to the remaining account balance.
Overdue Interest: If you pay less than the minimum payment amount of your period debt, this monthly interest rate is accrued on the unpaid portion of your minimum payment amount.
Cash Advance Interest: For cash advance transactions or transactions that involve cash usage which you perform with your card, this monthly interest rate is accrued from the transaction date until the payment due date. The shopping interest rate that you determine for your Flexi Card is the same as the cash advance interest rate.
Cash Advance Fee: This is the fee charged for each cash advance transaction that your perform with your card. This fee may vary according to the place from which you withdraw cash (Automatic teller, branch etc).
Domestic 3% + TL 3
International 2,5% + USD 2,5
Over-The-Limit Interest: This is the contractual rate of interest that will be applied to the amount that exceeds the daily limit in the case that your debt balance exceeds the specified limit of your card.
Card Visual Fee: is TL 9,99. You can create the card visual of your Flexi Card by uploading a photograph that you have taken or by selecting a visual from the Flexi Visuals collection. The card visual fee is reflected on your first account statement based on the number of photographs or cliparts you have uploaded.
Service Fees: Monthly 1,99 TL fees charged for the Card Holders in consideration of reward earning or installments (except those enrolled in exchange of a separate fee) for Flexi, Bonus Flexi, Bonus Genç and igaranti credit cards. Bank does not charge a service fee from Flexi, Bonus Flexi, Bonus Genç and igaranti credit cards holders in case account statements are required through email.
Campaign Participation Fee: With Flexi Card, you can take advantage of all Bonus campaigns by paying a fee. The specified fee varies on a campaign by campaign basis. It is reflected on your account summary as “Campaign Participation Fee”. Detailed information in regards to participation in the relevant campaigns can be found on flexi.com.tr.
Payment and Interest Information
Account Summary: can be issued in TL or Foreign Currency (Euro or USD) for your domestic or international expenditures according to your preference.
Account Statement Date: is the date your account summary is issued.
Payment Due Date: is the last date that the debt stated on the account statement must be paid.
Minimum Payment Amount: is the minimum amount that must be paid on the payment due date. It is 20% of your period debt. This rate is a fixed rate set forth by the bank cards and credit cards law.
- If you don't have any outstanding debt from the previous period and pay the total debt stated on your account summary until the payment due date, no interest accrues on your debt that arise form your shopping.
- Daily interest is applied for cash advance.
- Compound interest is not applied for debt that arise form credit card implementation.
Account Summary for International Use:
Calculation of Foreign Currency Debt: For account summaries with TL payments; the expenditures you make abroad are converted to USD at the exchange rate determined by international organizations of card payment systems and submitted to our Bank. The amount submitted to our Bank is converted to TL at the Bank's prevailing teller FX selling rate on the payment due date, a commission of up to 3% is added to this amount, and reflected on your account summary. For account summaries with Foreign Currency payment; Your expenditures are converted to USD at the exchange rate determined by international organizations of card payment systems and a commission of up to 3% is added to this amount. For account summaries with Euro payments, Euro expenditures are reflected on the account summary as they are, and for account summaries with USD payments, USD expenditures are reflected on the account summary as they are. In case of partial or late payment of your debt, the amount on which interest will accrue is calculated by being converted to TL at the Bank's prevailing FX Selling Rate on the next account statement date.
Minimum Payment Amount: is 20% of your period debt and 100% of your minimum payment amount debt.
Interest Calculation: In the calculation of interest, the information on the interest rates and fees table is used. In the case that you don't pay 100% of your debt on the payment due date, your foreign currency debt is converted to TL at the CBRT FX Selling Rate on the account statement date. Overdue interest is accrued on the unpaid amount from the account statement date until the next account statement date and reflected on your TL account summary.
Annual Package Fee : It is a fee up to 172 TL which you determine yourself.
Supplementary Card Package Fee: is ½ of the package fee of the main card unless a different fee is set by the bank.
Card Renewal Fee: In the case that your card is replaced for more than 3 times due to being lost/stolen, 7,5 TL fee is charged. Supplementary cards are also included in this implementation.
Package Change Fee: The package change requests go into effect as of the next account summary. A TL 30 package change fee is reflected on the account summary that follows the package change request.
