Videophone Mortgage Call Center goes into service
With the support of Türk Telekom and its recently launched videophone service, GarantiBank has added a whole new dimension to its call center services with the inauguration of its Video Call Center. Under this innovative service provided for the first time in the mortgage sector thanks to the ability developed with Türk Telekom technology to deliver videophone communication over fixed lines to homes and places of business, customers coming into realtors that work with GarantiBank are able to take part in face to face discussions with Mortgage Experts, get information and support, and apply for mortgages on the 444 EVİM / 444 3846 line.
