Garanti Bank has carried over its call center success to Europe.
Garanti Bank Call Center has been awarded with the 1st Prize in the “Best Outbound Team & Campaign Management” category and received the “Most Praise-Worthy Call Center” award in the “Best Development Strategy” category at the “European Call Centre Awards 2008”, organized by the CFF.
At the “European Call Centre Awards 2008”, one of the most important organizations in the sector, the winners have been presented their awards at the ceremony held on September 16 in Birmingham.
The competition in which the world's leading Call Center service providers compete, the Garanti Call Center has been awarded in two categories in its first year of participation and has broken new ground among the financial organizations in Turkey.
