How can I start using Alo Garanti for my company?

The required documents regarding the Alo Garanti applications of companies must be submitted to the branches by our corporate customers.

The required documents if you have an account at the bank:

  • Application form with the stamp of the corporate user
  • Garanti Bank Banking Services Agreement

The required documents if you do not have an account at the bank:

  • Application form with the stamp of the corporate user
  • Garanti Bank Banking Services Agreement
  • Signature circular
  • Trade Registry Gazette
  • Chamber registration
  • Photocopies of the partners' identity cards.

How can I retrieve my Alo Garanti PIN if I forget it?

  • If you have a credit card / Paracard 

You can immediately get a new PIN and password through the Get Password page with the number and PIN of your valid Garanti Bank credit card of Paracard.
After you call Alo Garanti, key in steps 1 and 3 respectively, enter the 16-digit number of your credit card or Paracard, card PIN, expiration date and your mobile phone number, a security check will be performed and your new PIN will be generated by the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. Your PIN that you will only need to use on your first login to Alo Garanti will be sent to the mobile phone that you have entered via SMS. If your mobile phone number is different in our bank records or has changed, you can update it by visiting our nearest branch or through Garanti Paramatiks. (The steps that you need to follow at Paramatiks are, respectively: Other Transactions / Update Customer Information / Mobile Phone Number)

  • If you do not have a card

You can request your new PIN and password by filling out the application form. If you wish, you can also receive assistance for the same transaction by getting connected to a customer representative through 444 0 333 Alo Garanti step number 1. 
If you go to our nearest branch, the block on your PIN will be removed after the necessary security verifications are performed. Afterwards, you can get your new PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in options 1 and 2 respectively.

If you are using Garanti Internet Banking, you can perform the necessary transactions to synchronize your Internet Banking Password and Alo Garanti PIN through the Dashboard Settings step. After the synchronization, your Internet Banking password will also be valid for use in the Alo Garanti menu.

  1. When I enter my customer number and Internet/Mobile Banking password, I get a message that says "Your accounts are closed for use in Online/Mobile Banking". Why do I get this message?

    The reason you get this message in Internet Banking or Mobile Banking is that you have entered your PIN incorrectly for multiple times.

  2. When I try to login to Garanti Internet Banking I get an error message that says “ The validity period of the certificate exceeds that of its certification authority. What should I do?

    The reason of the problem is that the root certificates of the Verisign company installed on your computer have expired.
