How can I change my Alo Garanti PIN? What should I do If I am suspicious about the security of my PIN and the system don't accept it?

You can change your PIN through the PIN / Password Transactions option that you can access by keying in 1 and 3 respectively. If you are using Garanti Internet Banking, you can make your Internet Banking PIN also valid for Alo Garanti through the PIN and Password Transactions option of the Dashboard Settings step.

PIN criteria

For your security, certain rules have been established in regards to the PINs that you can define:
Your PIN
Cannot be the same as your customer number
(example: if your customer number is 367525, your PIN cannot be 367525.)

Cannot consist of ascending or descending sequential numbers.
(example: 234567 or 987654)

Cannot consist of the same number.
(example: 222222)

Cannot contain less than 6 digits.
(example: 78154)

It is extremely important that you keep your Alo Garanti PIN confidential and do not share it with anyone or write it down anywhere. If you suspect that your PIN might be found out by other people you can call Alo Garanti and change your PIN through the Alo Garanti PIN / Password step by keying in 1 and 3 respectively or apply to your branch to inactivate your Alo Garanti use.
After getting your Alo Garanti PIN, you can perform transactions through the ”Banking Transactions” step number 2 by entering your customer number and Alo Garanti PIN. If your password is not accepted by the system, you can synchronize your Alo Garanti PIN with your Internet Banking password through the Garanti Internet Banking Dashboard Settings step PIN and Password transactions option and Change Alo Garanti PIN and use your Internet Banking password in the Alo Garanti menu as well.

    The information of the bill with automatic payment order can be viewed at least 1 day before the payment due date.

  2. When I enter my customer number and Internet/Mobile Banking password, I get a message that says "Your accounts are closed for use in Online/Mobile Banking". Why do I get this message?

    The reason you get this message in Internet Banking or Mobile Banking is that you have entered your PIN incorrectly for multiple times.
