What is the difference of e-statement, how can I apply for it?

If you want your account statements to be sent via e-mail each month, rather than by regular mail, you earn TL 5 bonus. If you request the e-statement option when you are applying for the card, TL 5 is deducted from your card fee. If you don't have a card fee, you earn TL 5 extra bonus.

You can submit your e-statement request via Internet Banking and 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

If you choose to take advantage of the e-statement campaign, you don't receive printed statements. However, if you don't want to take advantage of this campaign, you may continue to receive printed statements along with e-statements.

  1. How can I create the visual of my Flexi Card?

    You can determine your card visual by selecting one of the 6 different standard Flexi visuals.

  2. I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

    Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.
