Can I get information in regards to using the bonus accumulated on my Flexi?

You can use the bonus that you have earned with your Flexi Card in any way that you like.  

  • You can spend them at Bonus Program Partners as bonus. 
  • You can pay your credit card debt. 
  • You can purchase airline tickets.

At Bonus Program Partners, all you have to do is to remind the sales representative of your bonus at the shopping point that you want to use them. Don't forget, at the back of your Flexi Card it says “Qualifies for installments and earns bonus at Bonus merchant partners.”

You can keep track of your accumulated bonus through Internet Banking, 444 0 333 Alo Garanti, your monthly account statements and the slips of your purchases from Bonus Program Partners.

To pay your statement debt with your bonus, all you have to do is to call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti or log onto Internet Banking. You can your statement debt partially or completely. You have the Flexi flexibility regarding this matter.

The bonus rate you choose and the bonus rate you earn at Bonus Program Partners are different.  The bonus rate you choose are valid outside Bonus Program Partners. At Bonus Program Partners, just like with Bonus Card, you earn the bonus that the merchant offers.

With your Flexi Card, you can purchase airline tickets by using your bonus. You cannot combine shopping and flight miles. The bonus you accumulate is the same everywhere. They may be multiplied by a different coefficient when buying airline tickets or paying the statement debt. To purchase airline tickets with your bonus, all you have to do is to call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and key in the flight line option. You can purchase your airline ticket with just a single telephone call.

Through campaigns that you have selected for all your supplementary and main Flexi Cards, you can earn a maximum of TL 60 bonus within one billing cycle. In total, you can earn a maximum of TL 100 within one billing cycle and a maximum of TL 1000 within the 12-month period. In the case that you exceed your limit, you continue to earn bonus at the standard bonus rate only on purchases you make from Bonus Program Partners. The bonus accumulated through making a spending commitment and choosing the e-statement option are not considered in the limit. You can submit your requests about Bonus and all other matters through 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

  1. I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

    Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.

  2. How does the limit of my supplementary card determined? Can I lower its limit?

    The supplementary cards and main card have joint limits. The limit of the supplementary card is determined by the main card holder at the time of application.
