Can I get information about the supplementary cards?

You can submit your supplementary card requests by calling Alo Garanti 444 0 333. Additionally, you can also make a request by filling out the Shop&Miles Supplementary Card Request form, available at Garanti branches and Shop&Miles program partners. When your supplementary card applications are approved, they are sent to the address of your main card.

You can apply for a supplementary card for anyone aged over 18. For those between the ages of 16-18, a letter of consent from the legal guardian is required. The supplementary card applications are restricted to 10 people.
The purchases of the supplementary cards that are linked to the Shop&Miles  are transferred to the main card. Therefore no separate payments are needed for the supplementary card.
The supplementary cards and main card have joint limits. The limit of the supplementary card is determined by the main card holder at the time of application. If the main card holder does not make any requests regarding the limit of the supplementary card, the limit of the main card will also be valid for the supplementary card. The main card holder can change the  limit for the supplementary card by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti or using Internet Banking.

    You can place an order for the credit card payment to be collected from your account.

  2. I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

    Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.
