Can I get information about the ready-made Flexi options?

You can apply for the ready-made Flexi options through Garanti Internet Banking, all Garanti Bank branches or 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

You can change the package you have selected 2 times per year via Garanti Internet Banking or Alo Garanti. The changes you make in regards to your packages will go into effect as of your account statement date. (As the changes you make will not go into effect until the account statement date, you can make as many changes as you like, you are not restricted to 2 changes.) Your request in regards to the card visual is carried out immediately.

Ready-Made Flexi Fees

  • Super Bonus Flexi: TL 60
  • Installment Booster Flexi: TL 40
  • Bonus-Installment Combo Flexi: TL 50
  • Low Interest Flexi: TL 40

Whichever package you choose, by making a commitment to spend TL 750 per month over the course of the year, you can avoid paying a card fee.

Yo can change the ready-made Flexi package with another Flexi package and switch to different rates. Additionally, through the “Create Your Card Yourself” option on Internet Banking, you can completely create your card yourself.

The ready-made Flexi packages don't have s standard visual. You can select one of the Flexi Card visuals that you want. At the end of the year, your card's expiration date is automatically extended for 1 year.

    You can determine your card visual by selecting one of the 6 different standard Flexi visuals.

  2. I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

    Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.
