Getting an Internet Banking Password

After your documents reach us, your password will be delivered to you in 2 working days if you are in Istanbul and within 4 working days if you are outside Istanbul. Afterwards, the authorized person specified in the application form can pick up the envelope which has the password inside by applying to the branch with his/her identification document.

Changing your password

You can change your password through the Settings menu on Internet Banking.

If you forget your password

You can request a new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and selecting the Internet Banking password transactions step or by applying to your branch. You can start using Internet Banking again with the passwords that will be sent to your branch.

Blocked passwords

Your Internet/Mobile Banking password consists of 6 digits. If you enter your password incorrectly 3 times, your password will be blocked. If you remember your password correctly, you can remove the block on your password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

“Your Accounts are closed for Internet Banking use” message

This message you get on Internet Banking is displayed when you enter your password incorrectly 3 times. If you remember your password correctly, you can remove the block on your password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.
