Getting an Internet/Mobile Banking Password

If you have a valid Garanti credit card or Paracard, you can immediately get your Internet/Mobile Banking password through the Get Password step by using your card number and PIN.

If you don't have a card, click here to fill out an application form.

If you apply through our branches, you can get your password within 1 week after your application date by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in the Password transactions step.

Changing your Password

You can change your password through the Definitions menu on Internet Banking. password changes are not possible through Mobile Banking.

If you forget your password

If you forget your password, you can immediately get a new password through the Get Password page with the number and PIN of your valid Garanti Bank credit card or Paracard. You can aslo define a new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in your customer number, the last 6 digits of your credit card number and your credit card PIN.

Blocked Passwords

Your Internet/Mobile Banking password consists of 6 digits. If you enter your password incorrectly numerous times, your password will be blocked. If you remember your password correctly, you can remove the block on your password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and entering your credit card/Paracard PIN and password. If you do not remember your password, you can get a new password through the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) on Alo Garanti. 

Quick Switch between Personal and Corporate Internet Banking

If you are using both Personal and Corporate Internet Banking, the quick switch you will instantly perform on Internet Banking will save you from logging in again by using the customer number, password and the user code.

  • The button you need to use for the Quick Switch is located in the upper right corner of Internet Banking main page.
  • To complete the switch, you have to use the password for the Internet Banking account to which you are logging in. 
  • If you are using the same Şifrematik on multiple Corporate Internet Banking accounts, you can perform a faster switch between the accounts for which you are a user, without the need for entering the password.

If you get a message that says “Your Accounts are closed for Internet/Mobile Banking use”

This message you get on Internet/Mobile Banking is displayed when you enter your password incorrectly numerous times. If you remember your password correctly, you can remove the block on your password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and entering your credit card or Paracard number. If you do not remember your password, you can get a new password through the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) at the same phone number.
