The İstanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) will be closed to trading on September 21st and 22nd 2009.

The principles governing trading and clearances that will apply to all ISE markets and exchanges due to the full-day holidays on September 21st and 22nd 2009 will be as follows.

On the Bonds & Bills Outright Trading Market and the Repo & Reverse Repo Trading Market, there will be no trading or clearances on 21 September 2009 or 22 September 2009. Trading and clearances will resume during normal hours on 23 September  2009.

Transactions that take place off-exchange will be registered with the exchange on 25 September 2009 within the framework of legally prescribed principles.

On the Equities Exchange, there will be no trading sessions on 21 September 2009 or 22 September 2009. Transactions that take place on 17 September 2009 will be cleared on 23 September 2009. Transactions that take place on 18 September 2009 will be cleared on 24 September 2009.

On the ISE Foreign Securities Exchange International Bonds Market, there will be no trading or clearances on 21 September 2009 or 22 September 2009. Trading and clearances will resume during normal hours on 23 September  2009.

On the Turkish Derivatives Exchange (TurkDEX), there will be no transactions on 21 September 2009 or 22 September 2009 as these days are official holidays.

Clearances for trades taking place on Friday 18 September 2009 must be completed on Wednesday 23 September 2009.

On mutual fund markets, there will be no trading on either 21 September 2009 or 22 September 2009.
