How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your orders with “Pending” status any time. For orders with “On the stock exchange” status, an order cancellation request is sent to the ISE, and your orders are canceled if the request is approved by the ISE. The requests rejected by the ISE continue to remain in “On the stock exchange” status. Therefore after you send an order cancellation request you need to check the latest status of your order through “View Orders” step.
(If, after your order is forwarded to the ISE, another order comes, cancellation of your order will not be possible.)
You may place your buy orders between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 on the announced demand collection days, and until 12:00 on the last day.
While orders for only 1 or 2 sessions can be placed in the buy/sell step, you can place orders for a minimum of 3 sessions in the morning session, and a minimum of 2 sessions in the afternoon session, with a maximum of up to 40 sessions.
