How can I view my accounts or credit cards on Internet Banking? What is the time period for which I can view my account activities online? How can I find out the result of my overdraft account application?

To open your current or time deposit accounts and your credit cards for use in Internet Banking, you need contact the nearest Garanti Bank branch.
By selecting the starting and ending dates, you can view account activities performed within the past 11 months. To obtain information regarding account activities performed more than 11 months ago, you can contact your branch.
The result of your overdraft account application will be sent to your e-mail address within 5 working days. Additionally, you can find out the result of your application by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.
Upon approval of your overdraft account application, to start using your approved limit you need to go to your branch along with your identification card and income document and sign the relevant documents. Your branch may demand a guarantor, if necessary.
