What do I have to do if my Paracard is used to withdraw cash or make purchases without my knowledge?

You have to call Alo Garanti and close your card immediately. To make purchases or withdraw cash with your Paracard, the PIN has to be entered correctly and our customers are responsible for the card PINS. However, if you do not remember the aforesaid spending, you can object to it by faxing a 'Spending Objection Form' to 0 212 657 2110.
