How can I make EFT-Money Transfers via Cep Bank?

You can send money to the accounts* for which you have defined quick money transfers and EFTs via Cep Bank in Internet Banking with just a single SMS.

To do this:

  • Define “Quick Money Transfer /EFT” for the accounts that you want through the Money Transfers and EFT step of Money Transfers menu in Internet Banking.
  • To send money to the account for which you have defined Quick Money Transfer, type HAVALE, leave a space, type the “entry name”* of the relevant account which you have assigned through garanti.com.tr or Garanti Paramatik and leave another space. Then enter the amount in TL, leave another space, and finally enter your Cep Bank PIN and send it to 3333 via SMS from your mobile phone.**
    Example: Havale kira 700 1234
  • To send money to the account for which you have defined Quick EFT, type EFT, leave a space, type the “entry name”* of the relevant account which you have assigned through garanti.com.tr or Garanti Paramatik and leave another space. Then enter the amount in TL, leave another space, and finally enter your Cep Bank PIN and send it to 3333 via SMS from your mobile phone.**
    Example: EFT Aidat 300 1234
  • If you wish you can view the details of the Quick Money Transfer and EFT entries that you have previously defined.*** To do this just type SORGULA, leave a space, type the “entry name” of the relevant account which you have assigned through Internet Banking and send it to 3333 via SMS.**
    Example: SORGULA Aidat 

* You cannot send money to the Quick Money Transfer-EFT accounts that are saved under the same name. To perform this transaction, please change the entry names of the relevant accounts  through Internet Banking.
 **The SMS charge, payable by the sender, is 1 SMS for  invoiced and prepaid lines.
 *** The SMS that you receive will contain the recipient's name, account number and explanation.  **** The fee is TL 0,80 for Quick Money Transfers  via Cep Bank, and TL 2,50 for Quick EFTs  via Cep Bank. The charge is automatically reflected on your defined account upon the completion of the transaction. 

  1. How can I correct an incorrect transaction that I have performed? How can I get the receipt of the transaction that I have performed?

    For all your transactions except bill payments, tax payments, loading units and stock transactions, you can request correction by calling 444 0 333.

  2. Is there a fee for transactions performed through Garanti Paramatiks? Which exchange rate is in effect for the money withdrawn with Paracard from ATMs abroad?

    For cardless “Money Transfer without Bank Account” transactions, the transaction fee is TL 5.
