How can I change my Internet Banking password? What do I have to do if it is blocked or I forget it?

Personal users

You can change your password via Get Password page. You can also make the necessary changes regarding your current password through the Internet Banking Dashboard Settings step. Please make sure not to use Turkish characters when determining your password.
Your Garanti Internet Banking password will be blocked if it is entered incorrectly for multiple times.
If you do not remember your Internet Banking password, you can immediately get a new password through the Get Password page with the number and PIN of your valid Garanti Bank credit card of Paracard, or you can define a new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in your customer number, the last 6 digits of your credit card number and your credit card PIN through step number 1. The password that you will use during your transactions will be sent to your mobile phone registered with our bank via SMS.
If you do not have a credit card, you can request your new password by filling out the application form. If you wish, you can also receive assistance for the same transaction by getting connected to a customer representative through 444 0 333 Alo Garanti step number 1. After your password is unblocked, you can get your new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in options 1 and 2 respectively.

If you have forgotten your password, there are various alternatives for retrieving it back: 

You can immediately get a new password through the Get Password page with the number and PIN of your valid Garanti Bank credit card of Paracard.

You can define a new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in your customer number, the last 6 digits of your credit card number and your credit card PIN through step number 1. However, for your security, you must have performed at least one transaction through a Paramatik. If your mobile phone number is different in our bank records or has changed, you can update it by visiting our nearest branch or through Garanti Paramatiks. If you do not have a credit card, you can request your new password by filling out the application form. If you wish, you can also receive assistance for the same transaction by getting connected to a customer representative through 444 0 333 Alo Garanti step number 1. 

If you do not have a card, you can go to our nearest branch and the block on your password will be removed after the necessary security verifications are performed. Afterwards, you can get your new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in options 1 and 2 respectively. 

Corporate Users

You can request a new password by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and speaking to an Internet Banking Support Line representative through step 3-3.

    First of all, you have to submit an application by logging on to Internet Banking and going to the Dashboard Settings step PIN / Password section Definition for Quick Loign with Mobile Signature.

  2. Which transactions can I perform via Internet Banking? Is there a fee for these transactions? How can I pay my bills?

    TL 0,80 for money transfer transactions, regardless of the amount. TL 2,50 for EFT transactions and payments of other bank credit card debts regardless of the amount
