You can get your card PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in option number 1 through the Interactive Voice Response system.
In the case that you forget your Paracard PIN, you can get your new PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and keying in option number 1 the “Card PIN Transactions” step through the Interactive Voice Response system.

Additionally, you can change the PIN of your card or synchronize the PINS of all your cards through the “PIN Transactions” step of the “Card Transactions” menu in Internet Banking.
