What should I do if I'm not at the address and the card cannot be delivered to me?

If the card cannot be delivered to you by the courier, it is returned to our bank. If you want your undelivered card to be sent to you again, you can call 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and make a request.
If your credit card does not include a contract, it can be submitted to a person having the same last name as you at your home address. At your business address, it can be submitted to one of your superiors such as the manager or the deputy manager.
The delivery of the contractual credit cards can only be made to the card holder.
