What do I have to do to postpone my statement debt?

With Flexi Card, you can postpone your account statement to the next month anytime you want. You can submit your postponement request after your account statement date until the payment due date.

After your account statement date, you can postpone your statement for 1 month through the www.flexicard.com.tr card transactions menu by entering your card PIN and card number or through the www.garanti.com.tr Internet Banking card transactions menu or 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

If you wish, you can postpone a certain portion of your account statement.
You pay a fee that equals to 2,5% of the postponed amount. (Minimum TL 5, BSMV and KKDF will be added.)

You don't have to wait for a campaign period to postpone your statement debt, you can postpone it twice per year.

You can not postpone a statement that has been previously postponed.

You can postpone a maximum of TL 10.000 debt at once and over the course of 12 statement cycles.

You can also postpone your foreign currency statements. If you have more than one statements (USD, Euro and TL) that belong to the same card within the same month, you can postpone all and this transaction will be considered as 1 postponement transaction.

    You can determine your card visual by selecting one of the 6 different standard Flexi visuals.

  2. I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

    Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.
