When I change my Bonus Card with Transparent, Reflected, Environmentally Friendly Bonus or Bonus Trink, can I continue to use my current Bonus Card?
If you have changed or planning to change your Bonus Card that has the MasterCard logo with a Transparent Bonus, Reflected Bonus, Environmentally Friendly Bonus or Bonus Trink:
- The card number will be the same as your current card number.
- You can continue to use your current Bonus MasterCard or cut it up and throw it away.
- Your new card will have all the features of your current card.
- The “Bonus for your Promise” campaign linked to your current card will also be valid for your new card.
- You can use your current card's PIN for your new card as well.
If you have changed or planning to change your Bonus Card that has the Visa logo with a Transparent Bonus:
- The number of your new card will be different from your current card's number.
- You can continue to use your current Bonus Visa Card or terminate it.
- The PINs of your current card and your new card are different. For your new PIN, please call 444 0 333 Alo Bonus.
- The statement of each card will be sent separately.
- To transfer your standing payment orders for companies such as insurance, internet, digital TV and mobile phone, you need to inform the relevant companies of your new credit card number.
- By calling 444 0 333 Alo Bonus, you can transfer the features that you have previously defined on your card such as campaigns and standing payment orders to your new card.
The over-the-limit interest is the interest rate that will be applied if you exceed the specified limit of your credit card.
