I have ported my GSM number to another operator. Will my automatic GSM bill payment order be valid?

The automatic or manual payment order that you have placed before you have ported your number will only be valid for the bills that are issued or will be issued by your old operator and will not be in effect for your new operator. You can place automatic or manual payment order for the bills of your new operator via Online Banking, Alo Garanti and Garanti branches.

    For all your transactions except bill payments, tax payments, loading units and stock transactions, you can request correction by calling 444 0 333.

    TL 0,80 for money transfer transactions, regardless of the amount. TL 2,50 for EFT transactions and payments of other bank credit card debts regardless of the amount
