Getting an Internet Banking PIN

After your documents reach us, your PIN will be delivered to you in 2 working days if you are in Istanbul and within 4 working days if you are outside Istanbul. Afterwards, the authorized person specified in the application form can pick up the envelope which has the PIN inside by applying to the branch with his/her identification document.

Changing your PIN

You can change your PIN and password through the Settings menu on Internet Banking.

If you forget your PIN and password

You can request a new PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti and selecting the Internet Banking PIN transactions step or by applying to your branch. You can start using Internet Banking again with the PINs that will be sent to your branch.

Blocked PINs

Your Internet/Mobile Banking PIN consists of 6 digits. If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, your PIN will be blocked. If you remember your PIN correctly, you can remove the block on your PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.

“Your Accounts are closed for Internet Banking use” message

This message you get on Internet Banking is displayed when you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times. If you remember your PIN correctly, you can remove the block on your PIN by calling 444 0 333 Alo Garanti.
